摘要: Abstract Toxoplasma , the causative agent of toxoplasmosis in animals and humans, has a subpellicular cytoskeleton that is involved motility, cell shape invasion. Knowledge components necessary to understand invasion mechanisms as well for identification possible therapeutic targets. To date, most cytoskeletal remain unidentified due mainly lack reproducible methods their isolation. Based on successful isolation cytoskeleton, it was report first time, proteomic characterization formed by 95 proteins through analysis tandem mass spectrometry one dimension SDS PAGE. By bioinformatic data, were classified as: 18 conventional proteins; 10 inner membrane complex proteins, including 7 with alveolin repeats; 5 new like 37 associated other organelles 25 novel unknown function. One not previously described named TgArticulin partially characterized specific monoclonal antibody. Presence exclusively fraction cortical distribution. Functions several molecules identified are proposed. Biological significance This manuscript describes, proteome gondii .
