摘要: Arsenic compounds were identified and quantified in the mushroom Amanita muscaria, collected close to a facility that had roasted arsenic ores. The powdered dried mushrooms extracted with methanol/water (9:1), extracts concentrated concentrates dissolved water. resulting solutions chromatographed on anion-exchange, cation-exchange reversed- phase columns. was detected on-line an ICP–MS detector equipped hydraulic high-pressure nebulizer. Arsenite, arsenate, dimethylarsinic acid tetramethylarsonium cation minor (∼2% each of total 22 mg kg−1 dry mass), arsenobetaine, arsenocholine (∼15% each) several unidentified (∼60%) major muscaria. presence (detected for first time terrestrial sample) ascertained by matching retention times cation- exchange reversed-phase chromatograms synthetic bromide chromatographing spiked bromide. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
