摘要: Abstract A non-chromatographic speciation method has been developed for the determination of inorganic arsenic in cultivated and wild mushroom samples from different origins. The ultrasound-assisted extraction toxic species As (III) (V) was performed 10 min with 1 mol l −1 H 3 PO 4 0.1% (m/v) Triton X-100. After phase separation residue washed (w/v) EDTA centrifuged. were determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Speciation made using proportional equations corresponding to two measurement conditions, (i) directly feeding sample extracts diluted HCl (ii) after reduction KI ascorbic acid 30 min. limits detection 6.3 5.0 ng g (V), respectively. Recovery percentages varied between 91% 108% 90% 109% indicating that interconversion avoided. concentrations 264 81 μg g 246 59 μg g found Spanish mushrooms. For Chinese mushrooms 624 117 μg g 380 less than 5 μg g . accuracy checked total (from sum (V)) a tomato leaves reference sample, good agreement certified value.
