摘要: The purification and characterization of transcription factor IIF (TFIIF), a required for by the RNA polymerase II machinery, is described. TFIIF was isolated from previously described IIE protein fraction. enters into cycle via preinitiation complex, it formation complex capable initiating in presence heparin concentrations that inhibit action free factor. TFIIE independently interacted with purified II. were both several class promoters, including promoter lacks conserved TATA box. Interestingly absolutely complex; however, also affected elongation phase cycle. TFIIF, together TFIIS, efficient elongation.
