摘要: Nowadays, mammography is recognized as the most effective technique for breast cancer diagnosis.Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) one of important techniques used to diagnose disease. The retrieval-only CBR systems do not provide an acceptable accuracy in critical domains such medical. In this paper, a new diagnosis system using hybrid case-based approach presented improve systems. integrates reasoning and rule-based reasoning, applies adaptation process automatically by exploiting rules. Both rules are generated from case-base. After solving case, case-base expanded, both updated automatically. To evaluate proposed approach, prototype was implemented experimented cancerdisease. final results showed that increases diagnosing comparing with systems, provides reliable current
