摘要: Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) has been applied in many different medical applications. Due to the complexities and diversities of this domain, most CBR systems become hybrid. Besides, case adaptation process is often a challenging issue as it traditionally carried out manually by domain experts. In paper, new hybrid case-based reasoning approach for diagnosis proposed improve accuracy retrieval-only systems. The integrates rule-based reasoning, also applies automatically exploiting rules. Both rules are generated from case-base. After solving case, case-base expanded, both updated. To evaluate approach, prototype was implemented experimented diagnose breast cancer thyroid diseases. final results show that increases diagnosing systems, provides reliable comparing current
