摘要: The electronic structure and radiative/non-radiative decay processes in the inner-shell excitation of B2O3 were investigated using soft x-ray emission photoelectron spectroscopy. Based on density states calculations, as probed by spectroscopy (XES) (PES) arises from hybridized sp2-planar B— O bonding O3 triangular units. A fairly non-dispersive band was also suggested energy-dependent XES. XES PES indicated both a resonant radiative process non-radiative with π* at B K threshold. small peak observed threshold, probably due to more weakly bound state threshold than Copyright © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
