Lithium K-edge XANES spectra for lithium compounds

摘要: Lithium K-edge X-ray absorption near-edge structure (XANES) spectra of Li metal, 2 S, O, LiOH H CO 3 , PO 4 SO O and LiNO were studied by the total electron yield method. Peaks observed at 59.9, 60.3 61.4 eV in XANES respectively. The peak each sample was assigned as core exciton. In there shoulder structures same energy. To clarify origin peak, examined with discrete variational (DV)-Xα molecular orbital Comparing measured calculated wavefunction, 61.8 (Li O) 60.4 S) excitons, which appeared remarkable exciton peaks lithium halide spectra. spectrum compound could be classified according to shape namely either a sharp or structure. strength ionic bond determined these shapes assumed.
