摘要: We report antibacterial activities of the epoxy-resin-based monolithic media (epoxy monoliths) having macroporous co-continuous structure as well hydrophobic and/or hydrophilic surface. Utilizing epoxy monoliths containing ammonium groups, experiments were examined using Escherichia coli. As results, prepared with an monomer nitrogen atoms clearly showed activities, while those without atom less activities. Additionally, quaternization polymers expressed significant Further studies elucidated that observed involved steep effect based on pH changing solution and interactions by quaternary ammonium.
