摘要: a b s t r c Objective: To analyze reported complications and their treatment after medical abortion with mifepris- tone misoprostol provided by telemedicine service to women living in Latin America. Methods: Observational study based on the registry of consultations service. A total 872 who used 2010 2011 participated study. The dependent variables were overall complications, hemorrhage, incomplete abortion, treatments, surgical evacuation, antibiotics. Independent age, area residence, socioeconomic deprivation, previous children, pregnancies abortions, week pregnancy. We fitted Poisson regression models robust variance estimate incidence ratios 95% confidence intervals (95%CI). Results: Complications 14.6% participants: 6.2% hemorrhage 6.8% abortion.
