摘要: Abstract Purpose: To investigate the feasibility of all-seeing needle for safe entry and creation pneumoperitoneum in pediatric urologic laparoscopy. Patients Methods: A total 14 children underwent various transperitoneal laparoscopic procedures. The needle, which is 4.85F diameter, was used into abdominal cavity at site umblicus all cases. microoptic integrated with light system connected via a zoom ocular enabling direct visualization layers between skin peritoneal cavity. Once intraperitoneal access obtained, CO2 created from one port three-way connector attached to proximal part needle. Then trocars were placed under vision microoptical system.
