摘要: Abstract Background and Purpose: The treatment of symptomatic lower pole (LP) calculi poses a challenge because clearance rates. We present our experience with microperc in the LP renal calculi. Patients Methods: retrospectively evaluated patients who underwent between August 2011 June 2012 from two referral hospitals. were included only cases failure after shockwave lithotripsy (SWL) or retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) according to patient preference. percutaneous access was performed using 4.8F “all-seeing needle” C-arm fluoroscopy ultrasonographic guidance prone position. Stone disintegration established 200 μm holmium:yttrium-aluminum-garnet laser fiber.
