摘要: The microscopic morphology of Trichoderma reesei QM 9414, growing in submerged culture, was studied by image analysis. characterized the total hyphal length, number tips, actively and length main hypha. To describe growth a single mycelium simple model is set‐up. features are: (1) saturation type kinetics for tip extension individual branches within mycelium; (2) random branching with frequency function, which proportional to length. used simulate population mycelia, where spore germination described log‐normal distribution. From simulation population, average properties e.g., are calculated, fitting experimental data parameters estimated. Finally, distribution function respect mycelia properties, that is, tips it corresponds well determination function. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons Inc. Copyright Sons,
