摘要: The present invention provides a mutant oligonucleotide composition encoding cellular c-Src tyrosine kinase oncogene. Methods for isolating, expressing and characterizing recombinant Src polypeptide are also provided. further relates to methods utilizing such oligonucleotides, polypeptides, agonists antagonists applications, which relate research, diagnostics, clinical arts. More specifically, this of diagnosing, treating, immunizing, creating transgenic animals based on use Src.
