摘要: Abstract The impact of cell culture media on the rheology liquid crystals is critical to developing crystal (LC) based biosensors. rheological properties cholesteryl ester lyotropic (LLC) were investigated in a rotational rheometer and using in-situ methods after incubation for periods 24, 48 72 h. results experiments indicated that up 48 h, LLC exhibited linear viscoelastic behavior
