摘要: Transition metal chalcogenides with a low-dimensional structure may be in Charge-Density-Wave (CDW) state at low temperatures. The electron-density the conduction or valence band is modulated according to values of wave function, as characterized by vector (q) and an amplitude. CDW-state lower energy than translation symmetry, if for finite fraction Fermi surface modulation equal two times vector, atom cores exhibit displacive same [1]. This periodic displacement leads additional reflections diffraction patterns (the so-called satellite reflections). Measurement their intensities allows determination displacements all atoms. subject present paper characterisation through description structure.
