摘要: The microbial flocculant (MFX) extracted from Klebsiella pneumoniae J1 was used to remove carbamazepine in prepared wastewater and domestic sewage. influence factors flocculation mechanism were studied. optimal removal conditions for MFX pH of 7-8, 7 mL flocculant, 0.1 mL coagulant, 35°C, the rate reached 81.75%. efficient both sewage (75.03%) secondary sedimentation tank effluent (69.76%). pseudo-first-order kinetic equation fitted adsorption process better than pseudo-second-order equation, which suggested that not pure chemical adsorption. analysis floc size repulsive force between weakened under alkalescent conditions, can help growth coherence flocs increase efficiency. Enough dosage generate larger flocs, but excessive will decrease because electrostatic repulsion. 3D-EEM FTIR hydroxyl, amino, carboxyl played an important role carbamazepine. As eco-friendly highly has potential practical applications removal.
