摘要: The adsorption of Cu(2+) and Zn(2+) by extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) extracted from Klebsiella sp. J1 competitive mechanism were investigated. Equilibrium capacities (1.77mMg(-1)) on EPS higher than those (1.36mMg(-1)) in single systems. Langmuir Langmuir-Freundlich isotherm models proven to be effective describing the experimental data binary component system. three dimensional sorption surfaces system demonstrated that presence more significantly decreased Zn(2+), but was not disturbed Zn(2+). FTIR EEM results revealed sites entirely overlapped with showed systems, preferentially adsorbed because stronger complexation ability protein-like EPS.
