摘要: Author(s): Shaheen, Susan, PhD; Bouzaghrane, Mohamed Amine | Abstract: The purpose of this review is to present findings from recent research on Shared automated vehicles (SAV) impacts mobility and energy. While the literature potential SAV travel behavior environment still developing, researchers have suggested that SAVs could reduce transportation costs incur minimal increases in total trip time due efficient routing support pooling. Researchers also speculate would result a 55% reduction energy use ~ 90% greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.SAV are uncertain. should carefully track technology developments adjust previous model assumptions based real-world data produce better impact estimates. prove be next technological advancement reshapes system by providing safer, efficient, less costly alternative.
