摘要: Objectives The goal of this study was to review the main lesion types nasal skin and appropriate treatment strategies rather than present a comprehensive list all diseases that affect can involve nose. Methods We reviewed available strategies. Nasal lesions were classified as benign, premalignant, or malignant. Results Benign nose include nonmalignant tumoral (i.e., freckles, comedo, adenoma sebaceum [Pringle disease], hydrocystoma, fibrous papules, sebaceous hyperplasia, rhinophyma), autoimmune inflammatory conditions pemphigus, sarcoidosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, facial eosinophilic granuloma, rosacea, herpes zoster infection, leishmaniasis, leprosy), vascular telangiectasis, hemangioma, spider nevus). Premalignant are actinic keratosis keratoacanthoma; malignant tumors melanoma, basal cell carcinoma, squamous carcinoma. Regardless whether not they malignant, yield significant cosmetic discomfort should be evaluated carefully before commencing any curative corrective intervention. In general, benign treated with dermabrasive modalities, such trichloroacetic acid, phenol, salicylate, laser ablation. Electrocautery, cryosurgery, surgical excision also used, although these methods may result in scar formation, which sometimes more problematic original itself.
