摘要: Abstract This study investigated the effect of temperature and moisture ingress on crack healing ability long term aged AC-13 asphalt mortar mixtures. Base bitumen emulsion (BBE) two maltene based cationic emulsions were applied cracks fractured semi-circular samples mixtures to promote healing. Test results indicated that wet concrete could be healed using agents (HAs). Moisture infiltration before drying HAs was found detrimental but initial state less influential ultimate for selected HAs. Increase in increased extent dry materials while at 25 °C–45 °C had a minimal Water nominal multiple fracture-rehealing performance. Generally, carefully higher pavement temperatures have potential heal reheal pavements provided sufficient time is allowed dry.
