Single-shot, dual-wavelength digital holography based on polarizing separation

摘要: We describe what we believe to be a new digital holographic configuration that can utilized for both single-shot, dual-wavelength, off-axis geometry and imaging polarimetry. To get the feasibility of geometry, sample with nominal step height 1.34 μm is used. Undesirable noises strongly affect measurement have been suppressed successfully by using modified flat fielding method dual-wavelength scheme. And also, experiment conducted on nanopattern basis single image acquisition show polarimetry capability. The proposed scheme provide real-time solution measuring three-dimensional objects having high abrupt difference moderate accuracy. Furthermore, it used as fast polarization tool.
