摘要: Abstract Indium sulfide thin films consisting of porous network nanoplatelets, have been deposited using chemical bath deposition (CBD) method onto the tin-doped indium oxide (ITO) coated glass substrate. Aqueous solutions sulfate and thioacetamide used as sulfur precursors. As a complexing agent, acetic acid was used. The chemically were examined for their structural, surface morphological optical characterizations. X-ray diffraction analysis revealed formation cubic β-In 2 S 3 From scanning electron micrograph, it is observed that substrate covered by nanoporous platelets type morphology. studies showed direct band gap 2.84 eV platelets. Photoelectrochemical characterization shows film an n-type semiconductor material.
