摘要: Abstract Cytostatic actions of 1-β-D-arabinofuranosylcytosine have been reported. Therefore a systematic comparative study was undertaken on the adsorption and association (ara-C) 1-β-ribofuranosylcytosine (r-C) in acid neutral solution at mercury-solution interface constituting model for charged biological interfaces living cell with respect to biophysicochemical behaviour studied nucleosides. The followed by out-of-phase a.c. voltammetry single sweep hanging mercury drop electrode (HMDE). Characteristic properties parameters dilute compact layers ara-C r-C were evaluated from obtained double step Frumkin isotherm potential dependence adsorption. While layer are rather similar both, r-C, is more dense indicating substantial influence different steric arrangement sugar moiety both otherwise importance results biochemical natural surfaces discussed.
