摘要: The muscles of the metathoracic segment are described for larva and imago beetleZophobas morio. In search possible homonomous ontogenetic persistent structures, we further employed served by first segmental nerve in thoracic abdominal segments. larva, eight per hemisegment associated with this nerve. Based on topological criteria they may be characterized as all tested adult, topology dorsal seems to different compared larval situation, due complex structural remodelling during metamorphosis. However, a supplementary analysis employing innervation pattern allows us equate adult muscles, even down level individual motor units. Comparison orthopteran coleopteran species provides some evidence that these homologous, apparently representing part basic common pterygote insects.
