摘要: The population of motorneurons which send axons to the metathoracic leg locust embryo has been stained by a cobalt backfilling technique. Embryogenesis lasts 11 days and an adultlike distribution motorneuron cell bodies is seen as early day 6: Several identified adult can be recognized in embryo. total number filled cells, overall bodies, relative positions neuron do not change between 6 hatching. No are clearly motorneurons, pattern axon branching at level peripheral nerve roots already present 6. These observations provide information about timing production motor growth into embryonic limb. development central dendritic arborizations also followed. results discussed with respect mechanisms for determination differentiation.
