摘要: Trueperella pyogenes is an opportunistic pathogen causing suppurative infections in livestock and wild animals. Although this bacterium known for a long time, our knowledge about its pathogenicity still insufficient. In study the relationships between antimicrobial resistance profiles, distribution of virulence factor genes origin T. pyogenes isolates were investigated. Isolates (n = 97) from various domestic animals European bison studied. Minimal inhibitory concentrations 12 antimicrobials determined by strip diffusion method, PCR was used detection encoding seven putative factors. All strains susceptible to tested beta-lactams, statistically significant correlation enrofloxacin, tetracycline, macrolides, clindamycin, strain found. The more than those livestock, however tetracycline fluoroquinolones observed. plo fimA detected all strains. There no association particular type infection, but nanH, nanP fimG less frequently found bison. presence three genes, nanP, nanH cbpA, be related ciprofloxacin. conclusion, patterns correlated with isolate origin, findings did not allow indicate which factors may play crucial role pathogenesis types infection.
