摘要: The presence of significant genetic or environmental risk factors for aneuploidy in the human population will almost certainly lead to heterogeneity among couples at risk. Such may be observed as a higher who have already had one aneuploid pregnancy than those not. In first section this chapter I discuss existing data concerning existence “aneuploidy-prone” individuals couples. then review number which been suggested an increased aneuploidy, examining often conflicting evidence such association and possible mechanisms action.
