摘要: 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG) is an endogenous cannabinoid receptor ligand. To date, two types of receptors have been identified: the CB1 receptor, abundantly expressed in brain, and CB2 various lymphoid tissues such as spleen. The has assumed to play important role regulation synaptic transmission, whereas physiological roles remain obscure. In this study, we examined whether present human eosinophils found that peripheral blood eosinophils. contrast, neutrophils do not contain a significant amount receptor. We then effect 2-AG on motility induces migration eosinophilic leukemia EoL-1 cells. evoked by was abolished presence SR144528, antagonist, or pretreatment cells with pertussis toxin, suggesting Gi/o are involved 2-AG-induced migration. induced suggested be result chemotaxis. contrast 2-AG, neither anandamide nor free arachidonic acid elicited Finally, but neutrophils. These results suggest its ligand may closely allergic inflammation accompanied infiltration
