摘要: Obesity is the cause of a large proportion breast cancer incidences and mortality in post-menopausal women. In obese people, elevated levels various growth factors such as insulin insulin-like (IGFs) are found. Elevated level leads to increased secretion estrogen by binding circulating sex hormone globulin (SHBG). The estrogen-mediated downstream signaling favors carcinogenesis. altered expression profiles adipokines cytokines including leptin, adiponectin, IL-6, TNF-α IL-1β. leptin decreased adiponectin directly associated with development. Increased pro-inflammatory within tumor microenvironment promote Efficacy available drugs against obesity-associated yet be confirmed. this review, we will discuss different adipokine- cytokine-mediated molecular pathways involved cancer, therapeutic strategies potential targets for cancer.
