摘要: Interstitial granulomatous dermatitis (IGD) is a histopathological disorder characterised by an infiltration of the reticular dermis with predominance interstitial and palisadic histiocytes few areas degenerating collagen bundles associated variable number polynuclear neutrophils eosinophils. There are several clinical conditions pattern IGD. The linear form arthritis was first variety described. also second form, which presents plaques. This may be arthritis, use certain drugs or presence different systemic disorders. We report case IGD plaques arthritis. discuss differential histological diagnosis other inflammatory skin lesions, joint disorders degeneration. believe that it should considered in patients presenting lesions.
