摘要: Abstract Deregulation and restructuring in power systems, the ever-increasing demand for electricity, concerns about environment are major driving forces using Renewable Energy Sources (RES). Recently, Wind Farms (WFs) Fuel Cell Power Plants (FCPPs) have gained great interest by Distribution Companies (DisCos) as most common RES. In fact, connection of enormous RES to existing distribution networks has changed operation systems. It also affects Volt/Var control problem, which is one important schemes networks. Due intermittent characteristics WFs, systems should be analyzed probabilistic approaches rather than deterministic ones. Therefore, this paper presents a new algorithm multi-objective problem including regard, load flow based on Point Estimate Method (PEM) used consider effect uncertainty electrical production WFs well demands. The objective functions, investigated here, total cost generated FCPPs grid; energy losses emission produced DisCos. Moreover, optimization Improved Shuffled Frog Leaping Algorithm (ISFLA) proposed determine best operating point active reactive FCPPs, values capacitors, transformers’ tap positions next day. Using fuzzy method max-min operator, DisCos can find solutions different optimal from economical, operational environmental perspectives. Finally, practical 85-bus test system investigate feasibility effectiveness method.
