摘要: Gallbladder carcinoma is the sixth most common of digestive tract, with an incidence 2.5 cases per 100,000 in United States.1 There a strong association between cholelithiasis and gallbladder cancer, gallstones found nearly 80% all cases. Other risk factors for include calcified (known as porcelain gallbladder), long channel, chronic typhoid carrier state. Adenomas figure less prominently or not at list precursors.2 Unlike colon, which concept definite adenoma-carcinoma sequence accepted, relationship adenoma nebulous. Here, we present case Bangladeshi man who underwent surgery polypoid lesion detected incidentally on computed tomography scan whom was arising from adenoma.
