摘要: An investigation of the structure and magnetocrystalline anisotropy Ce2Co17−xAlx (x=0, 1, 2, 3) compounds has been performed by means x-ray diffraction magnetization measurements. It is observed that unit-cell volume, Curie temperature, saturation are anomalously low in comparison with values obtained from a simple extrapolation other R2Co17−xAlx compounds, such as R=Pr Nd. These anomalies may be an evidence mixed-valence behavior Ce ion. X-ray measurements on magnetically aligned powders x=0–3 exhibit easy-axis type magnetic at room temperature. Substitution Al for Co leads to change sublattice basal plane c axis strongly increases uniaxial Ce2Co17−xAlx. The field HA found first increase then decrease increasing concentration, attaining maximum value 18 kOe x=2. constant K1 shows small temperature K2 almost constant.An ...
