摘要: A compound having the structure: ##STR1## wherein R is CH3, C2 H5, C3 H7, t-C4 H9 or C6 H5 ; R1 NH2, NHCH3, NHC2 NHC3 NHC4 H9, NHCH2 CH2 Cl, NHC6 N(CH3)2, N(C2 H5)2, N(C3 H7)2, NCH3 (C2 H5), (C3 H7), N(CH2 Cl)2, NHOH, NHNHCO2 C(CH3)3, OCH3, OC2 OC3 OC4 OC6 C4 NO2 NH2 and R2 Cl Cl)2. These compounds may be used to eliminate occult leukemic clonogenic cells from bone marrow by contacting with a solution comprising levels of said sufficient cells.
