摘要: Abstract Grain boundaries formed in bi-crystals with a common [001] tilt axis and the (100) planes symmetrically disposed by certain non-coincidence rotations have been observed to kink. This kinking results boundary being composed of connected straight segments rather than taking path between pinned end points. The are not randomly oriented respect minimum length can be associated boundar}’ paths short periodicity.
