摘要: Around the time of US decennial censuses, a renewed interest emerges in method for apportioning House Representatives. Various methods may show slight variations illustrative apportionments, with biases favoring less populous states, but general pattern remains. Definition certain groups as included apportionment counts and coverage levels selected have been debated judicial system, legal journals, government. Unauthorized residents, and, sometimes, lawful immigrants, are often singled out exclusion. The issues complex, illustrating effects these groups' inclusion is problematic due to poor measures, nationally geographically. Using approximate distributions, analyses suggest this next might differ slightly under various scenarios such ones excluding either recently entered unauthorized residents or all residents.
