摘要: An electrolytic sulfurization at room temperature has been introduced in the present work, which process parameters are optimized to quenched Cr12 substrate. Morphology and microstructure of sulfide layers investigated deeply, their formation mechanism is discussed detailed. According optimum parameter sulfurizing ( assistant current density 1.8A/dm2, saturated rare-earth-halide solution containing 300g Na2S2O3, 60g KHSO3 1000ml H2O, 298K/20~40min), ferrous coating was easily obtained on substrate with a uniform thickness above 10μm, no matter about treated parts complex geometrical shapes. The tribological experiment results block-on-ring tribometer indicate that coatings hard have very low friction coefficient could obviously reduce wear extent its counterpart. Compared traditional low-temperature process, this technology such virtues as simple heatless, cost, little deformation, without pollution question, etc., be employed for industrial solid lubricant due good friction-reducing characteristic lamellar-structure FeS phase.
