摘要: Abstract The surface roughness is a variable often used to describe the quality of ground surfaces as well evaluate competitiveness overall grinding system. This paper presents prediction arithmetic mean based on probabilistic undeformed chip thickness model. model expresses finish function wheel microstructure, process kinematic conditions, and material properties. analysis includes geometrical grooves left by ideal conic grains. properties microstructure are considered in through A simple expression that relates with was found, which verified using experimental data from cylindrical grinding.
