摘要: We have investigated the formation and morphology of carbon deposit on cathode, after arc discharge between two graphite electrodes immersed in liquid nitrogen. show that is mainly composed disordered structures at bottom external part deposit, forming like a bowl, whereas randomly oriented nanotubes (CNTs) aggregated as pillars are found center deposit. The spatial distribution kinds size sharpness CNT to depend both applied voltage current values used for discharge. A correlation plasma temperature field reported.
