摘要: A bacterial strain of Acinetobacter sp., which was capable enzymatic production pyruvate from lactate, cultured in a 5-l reactor with basal salt medium. After 14 h fed-batch fermentation, 9.56 g l−1 cell concentration the broth obtained 20 g l−1 (178 mM) sodium lactate and 4 g l−1 NH4Cl medium; biotransformation ability 2.51 units ml−1. The cells were harvested one then used for same reactor. l-lactate at about 527 mM almost stoichiometrically converted to 28 h. total 42 h culture biotransformation, transformative yield 0.72 g g−1 rate calculated as 1.33 g l−1 h−1 during process. results suggested this simple should be promising process may bring higher than that by microbial fermentation. By process, recovery such reaction liquid is relatively easy inexpensive perform.
