摘要: ABSTRACTResponsible research and innovation aspires to anticipate assesses potential implications of innovations. Hence, emerging technologies are a crucial issue for this mode foresight governance. The case nanotechnology demonstrated that discourses on those increasingly shaped by techno-utopian narratives. We argue these narratives here stay, because they an expression contemporary medialization science technology.
