摘要: BACKGROUND The primary objective of our study is to compare HgA1C self monitoring frequency in diabetes subjects. A secondary evaluate the influence family support and gender on glucose HgA1C. MATERIAL/METHODS We studied HgA1c outcome 67 subjects treated with diet alone, 350 tablets, 155 insulin, 228 both tablets insulin. RESULTS Eleven percent 4-7 times per week produced a positive significant coefficient (p<.05). Self less than 4 showed no statistical significance more 8 significance. Forty-eight treating insulin alone tablet plus coefficients percentage lowering 15.64% as mean at first visit was 9.35 compared 7.89. for 12.24% 9.37 8.23 later visit. CONCLUSIONS conclude that (1) should be based individualized goals willingness participate, (2) levels medication are effective levels; however, using combined lower alone; (3) have effect levels.
