摘要: Publisher Summary The immunological aspects of Burkitt's lymphoma (BL) can be considered under three main headings: (1) immune responses BL patients against antigens associated with their tumor; (2) immunoglobulin production cells, and (3) effect on the status host. This review concentrates topic 1. Some 2 are mentioned, whenever pertinent, but not in detail; sparse information 3 is included when appropriate. Studies performed so far tumor-associated divided into a search for humoral antibodies cell-mediated reactions that also discussed. Humoral antibody work conveniently subdivided according to method investigation, such as immunofluorescence, cytotoxicity, complement fixation, immunoprecipitation. less extensive, include rather preliminary experiments delayed hypersensitivity leukocyte-target cell interactions.
