摘要: Summary Direct membrane fluorescence has been successfully accomplished using fluorescein-labeled human gamma-globulins containing antibodies reactive against antigen(s) on the of Burkitt9s lymphoma cells infected with EB virus. The staining is inhibited by unlabeled sera from patients but not a number control sera, including three isoantisera multiply transfused individuals.
