摘要: Even though strategic environmental assessment has generated a large amount of professional and general interest for about two decades, the extent its application overall quality have largely remained unidentified. Furthermore, understanding how assessments from different countries compare been poor. Whilst number publications listed case studies countries, it was usually unclear why certain cases were (repeatedly) chosen these compared. Also there is lack common what makes an assessment. To help understand recent practice better, this paper presents systematic research results spatial/land-use transport policies, plans programmes in North West England, Noord-Holland EVR Brandenburg-Berlin.
