摘要: Summary Ghrelin and agonists of its receptor GHS-R1a are potential substances for the treatment cachexia. In present study, we investigated acute long-term effects agonist JMV 1843 (H-Aib-DTrp-D-gTrp-CHO) on food intake, body weight metabolic parameters in lean C57BL/6 male mice. Additionally, examined stability mouse blood serum. A single subcutaneous injection (0.01-10 mg/kg) increased intake fed mice a dosedependent manner, up to 5-times relative saline-treated group (ED50=1.94 mg/kg at 250 min). was stable serum vitro 24 h, but mostly eliminated from after 2 h vivo. Ten days with (subcutaneous administration, 10 or 20 mg/kg/day) significantly mRNA expression orexigenic neuropeptide Y agouti-related peptide medial basal hypothalamus decreased uncoupling protein 1 brown adipose tissue. Our data suggest that could have possible future uses
