摘要: The applicability of decision analysis for assessing, evaluating, and reporting possible environmental impacts proposed large-scale projects is illustrated. A study concerning the ecological constructing operating nuclear power facilities in Pacific Northwest used as an example. Possible are quantified two objectives: minimizing adverse on salmonids biological disturbance. results provide information about both direct indirect consequences impact. This approach explicitly addresses multiple objective uncertainty issues inherent problems. It also provides a mechanism illuminating value structure which utilized evaluation process.
