摘要: Many methods for environmental impact assessment (EIA) have been devised to aid identification, prediction and of impacts preparation statements (EISs). All these focus on impacts. Impact is a word much used in EIA, but little attention has paid, the academic professional literature, nature What an impact? How do we know when likely occur? These are questions which addressed this paper.
