摘要: The effect of prefeeding dehydrated E. officinalis (amla) powder at 5 and 10% levels on hexachlorocyclohexane (HCH)-induced changes in multicomponent antioxidant system lipid peroxides rat liver was studied. HCH induced significant elevation hepatic malondialdehyde, conjugated dienes hydroperoxides. amla level could decrease the formation these significantly. abuse resulted a reduction glutathione S-transferase (GST), glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G-6-PDH) superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities with an peroxidase γ -glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT). On other hand, HCH-induced impairment catalase, G-6-PDH SOD were modulated by intake. Prefeeding appeared to reduce raise renal GGT activity. results show cytotoxic products as result amla, which otherwise affected administration.
